(I) To Help You Become Our User

When you register an account, we need you to carefully read this privacy agreement. If you check this privacy agreement, it means that you agree to our collection, storage, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with this policy. When you register an account, we may collect information including: account nickname, country (region), registered account (phone number/email, hereinafter the same), etc. You need to check this privacy policy when registering an account. If you do not provide such information, it will result in registration failure. We collect the above information to help you create an account. When you register, you need to provide us with the account you intend to use, and we will verify your identity by sending a verification code. When using a phone number to register an account, we will use SMS permissions to help you automatically fill in the SMS verification code to assist you in quickly logging into your account. After successful registration, you can modify and supplement your nickname and login password. This information belongs to your "account information."

(II) To Provide You with Products/Services

  1. Personal Information We May Collect During Your Use

(1) When you log in to the Ecosolex Home IoT platform, we may collect information including: the IP address of the logged-in device or router, the requested time zone, date and time (including the time difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)), browser type, version, and language, device operating system, model information (e.g., 14 pro max), MAC address of the local network interface, device serial number, Android ID, IMSI, network type, the page you are viewing, access status, HTTP status code, name and size of the requested file. We collect the above information to ensure account security and system operation security.

(2) When you use the Ecosolex Home Green Energy Cloud client, in addition to the above information, we may additionally process your device virtual ID. The device virtual ID is a unique pseudonym ID generated automatically by an algorithm when you install the application. This ID is not associated with your phone number or mobile device hardware information. We collect the above information to push important messages such as power station offline, abnormal status, parameter setting completion, etc., within the application, and will not use it for any other purpose. When setting up the network and viewing network status parameters, we will also collect device connection and network status information, such as WiFi account, IP address, MAC address, and information about the mobile applications and other software you use. We collect the above information to provide you with device network-related information within the application to help you understand and keep track of device network issues and status.

(3) When you create a power station, we may collect your location information, username, account information, etc. We collect the above information to provide better services (such as precise location services), and the data will not be used for other purposes.

(4) Device Addition and Access

a. When you add a device, we may need you to enable Bluetooth, WLAN, and camera permissions, and collect SSID information. We request these permissions to help you add the device to your account or perform device local access. The data will not be used for any other purpose. If you do not need such services, you can disable the permissions.

b. After you add the device to the platform, we may collect information including: inverter power generation, inverter real-time power, energy storage battery charging power, energy storage battery discharge power, meter forward active power, meter reverse active power, meter forward active kilowatt-hour, and meter reverse active kilowatt-hour. We collect the above information to help you clearly understand the operating status and conditions of the device at various stages. The data will not be used for any other purpose.

(5) Using Ecosolex Home Green Energy Cloud

a. When you use Ecosolex Home Green Energy Cloud to monitor and analyze the operating status of the power station, we may collect information including: power station name, power station type, power station status, installed capacity, real-time power, today's power generation, device name, device status, fault name, fault occurrence time, power station location information, etc. We collect the above information to help you manage the power station.

b. When you copy and paste during the use of Ecosolex Home Green Energy Cloud, we may request to call the clipboard copy/paste function and collect the text information in your clipboard. The clipboard information will only be used for device-related business, and we will not store your clipboard information or use it for other purposes.

c. When you use the image upload function, we may need your camera and photo album usage and viewing permissions. We request these permissions to help you complete the device SN number recognition image upload. The data will not be used for any other purpose. If you do not need such services, you can disable the permissions in your device "Settings."

d. When you use the forgot password function, we may need you to provide the registered account (phone number or email address). We collect this information to verify your identity and protect the data security of your account.

e. When you use storage services, such as log downloads, device upgrades, feedback, etc., we may use the permission to delete and create files on the SD card to implement file download and storage functions.

f. When you use the charging service, we will record your charging records so that you can view your charging records through the cloud and recommend better charging services to you.

g. When the application runs in the background, to allow you to experience the client's message reminder function, after you agree to this privacy policy, the application will, when necessary, enable self-start or associated functions. We will push important information about your device, such as device offline, abnormal status, upgrades, etc., through the "Message" function. You can enable/disable notification permissions in your device "Settings."

(III) Permissions

When calling device permissions, during the service process, to ensure that you can use the product functions normally, we will apply to the system for the following system device permissions. We will seek your consent before applying, and you can choose to "Allow" or "Deny" the permission request. After your authorization, we will enable the relevant permissions. You can cancel the authorization at any time in the system. Canceling the authorization will result in your inability to use the relevant business functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other business functions of Ecosolex Home Green Energy Cloud that do not rely on this permission.

How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

To meet your online experience needs and provide you with a more convenient access experience, we will send one or more small data files called Cookies to your computer or mobile device. This information includes but is not limited to the basic information you provided when registering an account and creating a power station, such as username, nickname, phone number, email address, and any other information displayed on our platform. For other personal information generated during your use of our products and/or services that needs to be accessed or corrected, please contact us at any time. We will respond to your request in accordance with the methods and time limits stated in this Privacy Policy.

When you find that your personal information may be missing or incorrect, you can make corrections in the "My" page of the Ecosolex Home Green Energy Cloud platform/APP. When you find that you cannot make changes or supplements on your own, you can contact us at any time for data changes and supplements. After confirming that there is indeed missing or incorrect information, we will make changes and supplements immediately.

(II) Delete Your Personal Information

In the following cases, you can request us to delete your personal information:

  1. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

You can cancel your previously registered account at any time. You can do this through "My - Personal Center - Cancel Account." After canceling your account, we will stop providing you with products and services and delete your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

If you contact us to handle your account cancellation request manually, we will complete the verification and processing within 15 days after receiving your account cancellation request.

(V) You Also Have the Right to Restrict Our Processing of Your Personal Information:

  1. When you have objections to the accuracy of your personal data information displayed on Ecosolex Home Green Energy Cloud, you can request us to verify the accuracy of your personal information within a certain period.
  2. When you believe that our data processing is illegal, you can object to our data processing and request to restrict the use of this personal data information. Shenzhen Topband Co., Ltd. operates globally, so the personal information we collect under this policy may be transferred, stored, and processed in different countries or regions. During the period of any relationship you establish with us, Ecosolex Home Green Energy Cloud will retain your information for as long as possible and, after the end of the relationship, retain your information for as long as permitted to fulfill the purposes stated in the notice.
